The purpose of this workbook is to give couples a road map to begin conversations about their sexual connection and journey together. It can be completed by engaged couples or married couples. All portions of the workbook are meant to be read by both partners and discussed together, and we encourage couples to look back on sections of this workbook throughout their sexual journey.
 
This workbook is not intended to provide sexual education regarding the logistics of sex. Rather, it is a guide to exploring your and your partner’s beliefs and attitudes about sex, as well as an introduction on how to handle various sexual issues that may arise.
